Dear Team,

As a token of appreciation for all the hard work and dedication you bring to our libraries, the Leadership Team, with the approval of the Board, is excited to offer each staff member one free piece of clothing—a hoodie or a shirt—in recognition of everything you do.

How to Choose Your Item:

• Select either a hoodie or a shirt (one per staff member).
• Choose your preferred size carefully—these items will be ordered based on selections, and we won’t have extra stock for exchanges.
• The hoodies and zip-up hoodies are from American Apparel and fit similarly to standard hoodies from similar brands.
• Submit your selection by March 15th.

This initiative is a way to show gratitude for your continued efforts in serving our communities. After this initial offering, these items will be available for purchase for those who wish to get additional pieces.
